Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest quality for all our gardeners, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Flower Bulbs: Allium Flower Bulbs, Crocus Flower Bulbs, Daffodil Flower Bulbs, and Fall-Planted Bulb Collections (due to their perishable nature and seasonal planting requirements)
- Live Plants: All plants that show signs of being planted or removed from their original containers
- Custom Collections: Personalized bulb or plant collections that have been opened
