Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. This gives you ample time to inspect your plants and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.

Return Process

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Items Back: Package the items securely and ship to our address at 4563 Allison Avenue, Fredericksburg, US 22401
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB credit/debit cards: 3-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days to reflect in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest quality for all our gardeners, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower Bulbs: Allium Flower Bulbs, Crocus Flower Bulbs, Daffodil Flower Bulbs, and Fall-Planted Bulb Collections (due to their perishable nature and seasonal planting requirements)
  • Live Plants: All plants that show signs of being planted or removed from their original containers
  • Custom Collections: Personalized bulb or plant collections that have been opened
